The app

PatrolPad is a reporting tool for security patrols, published by NCOO DEV SOCIEDAD LIMITADA. It records what you choose to record and produces documents from it. You remain responsible for the accuracy of your reports and for complying with the laws and regulations that apply to your activity, including what you photograph and where.

Free tier

The free tier includes one guarded site with unlimited patrols, checkpoints and full-quality reports. It does not expire.

PatrolPad Pro

Pro unlocks unlimited sites. Two offers exist, both unlocking exactly the same features:

Yearly subscription : $149.99 per year

The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends. You can cancel anytime in your Apple account settings (Settings, your name, Subscriptions) or from PatrolPad's own Settings screen.

Lifetime purchase : $349.99 once

A one-time purchase, no renewal, valid for the lifetime of the product on your Apple account.

Prices are shown in US dollars; Apple converts them per country. The price displayed in the app at the moment of purchase is the one that applies.

Refunds

Purchases are processed by Apple, and refunds are handled by Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.

Your data

Your recordings are stored on your device and in your personal iCloud account (see the privacy policy). Deleting the app or its data is under your control; we cannot recover data for you because we never hold it.

Warranty and liability

PatrolPad is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, NCOO DEV SOCIEDAD LIMITADA is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the app, including disputes between you and your clients. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
