The short version

We do not collect your data. PatrolPad has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no server of ours. Everything you record belongs to you and stays under your control.

Where your data lives

Sites, checkpoints, patrols, photos, incidents, signatures and reports are stored on your device. If your device is signed in to iCloud, the same data syncs through your personal iCloud account so your own devices stay up to date. That storage belongs to you; NCOO DEV cannot read it.

Location

Your position is recorded only at the moment you scan a checkpoint or log an incident, as proof of presence in your reports. PatrolPad never tracks you between scans and never runs location in the background. The coordinates are stored with your data, on your device and in your iCloud, nowhere else.

Photos and camera

The camera is used to scan QR checkpoints and to photograph what you choose to document. Photos are stored with your data and appear in your reports. Nothing is uploaded to us.

Reports you send

When you email a report, it goes from your device to the recipient you choose, through your own email account. We are not in that loop.

Purchases

Subscriptions and one-time purchases are processed by Apple. We never see your payment details.

What we collect

Nothing. If you write to support, we see your email address and what you send us, and we use it only to answer you.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new date.
